On-Site Assessments
Our experienced Product Specialists are available for on-site assessments in collaboration with Therapists to find the right solution from our product range.
Some products do not require an assessment and are kept in stock with delivery timeframes as short as a week.

Delivery / Setup
We will be in contact when your product is due for delivery to arrange a suitable date/time for setup, ensuring the optimal configuration is achieved.
Some products, however, do not require setup and can be used immediately. We will always be available to give advice should you require any further guidance.

Demonstrations
Experience our range of innovate therapy products through demonstration sessions tailored to your needs.
Our team are available to showcase new products, existing products and new product developments.
We are happy to meet with existing team members or new Therapists that join a service. Focused product demo sessions with you/your colleagues can be arranged for 10 minutes or up to 2 hours, we can also join you for a brief session as part of your monthly meeting/CPD.

Training
Our skilled team provide complementary training to new and experienced team members in a format that works for your service.
We personalise the training based on your requirements and can focus on new and/or existing product groups e.g. seat, mobility, standing etc. This training is designed to support you/your team and can be for as little as 30 minutes as part of your monthly meeting/CPD.
