How do I find out which product is the most suitable?
We can advise which product(s)/sizes meet your needs. Many of our bespoke products require an onsite assessment/demonstration which we can arrange at your desired location nationwide.
How do we place an order?
Please email orders@glencar.ie to place your order.
Please include both the address for invoicing and the full delivery address, contact details including phone number and Eircode/postcode. If your organisation issues official purchase orders, please attach a copy of this order to your email. You will receive an order confirmation within 24-48 hours.

how do we place an order?
Once funding has been approved by the Department of Education, please email orders@glencar.ie referencing the associated quotation number and provide any information you require on documentation e.g. purchase order number. You will receive an order confirmation within 24-48 hours, which will confirm the order.
What are your payment methods?
Payment in full is required prior to delivery of your product. A deposit will be requested when placing your order. Payment options via bank transfer, cheque or payment card are available.
Department of Education, HSE, NHS or equivalent, standard payment terms are 30 days from the date of receipt of invoice or 30 days from confirmation of satisfactory goods or services. Purchase order numbers are required at the time of order.
How do you deliver your products?
Our Product Specialists will bring the equipment onsite or, depending on the product, we use trusted courier services, including DPD, to ensure your order is delivered promptly. Should you require a specific format of shipping, please contact us directly to discuss delivery options.
How long will my order take?
Some products are kept in stock and are available immediately, however, bespoke products can take up to 6-12 weeks. We will advise in your order confirmation the estimated delivery timeframe.
Can you help re-issue a product or can you help with product adjustments?
Our products are designed to grow with an individual and are built to last which means they can be re-issued to another user. We are happy to support you with this and can give advice/assistance with adjustments or servicing of our products ready for a new user. Contact us directly by emailing support@glencar.ie to arrange this.
